We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales team, customers and other stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports and managing sales literature. Coordinate sales activities, such as scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and preparing sales materials. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service. Manage and track sales leads, opportunities and customer interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics. Provide sales data and insights to support sales forecasting and performance analysis. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and sales protocols. Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements Of the Role:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a related field. Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
