Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller / Business Development Executive to manage Pan India college outreach, build strong PR, and create new institutional tie-ups. The role involves explaining programs through calls, webinars, meetings, and seminars.

Key Responsibilities:
Calling and coordinating with colleges Pan India
Building and maintaining strong PR with colleges and institutions
Creating new tie-ups and partnerships
Explaining programs via calls, webinars, Google Meet, and presentations
Planning and participating in seminars and webinars
Preparing proposals, emails, and follow-ups
Conducting research on potential colleges and partners
Achieving assigned targets and goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Mature decision-making ability
Proactive, alert, and detail-oriented approach
Target-oriented and goal-focused mindset
Comfortable with Google Meet, emails, and online presentations

Other Requirements:
Ready to travel if required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
